There are many basic technical parameters of LED display, and understanding the meaning can help you better understand the product. Now let’s take a look at the basic technical parameters of the LED display.
Pixel: the minimum luminous unit of LED display screen, which has the same meaning as the pixel in ordinary computer display.
What is the point spacing (pixel distance)? The center distance between two adjacent pixels. The smaller the distance, the shorter the visual distance. People in the industry usually refer to P as the distance between points.
1. Distance from one pixel center to another
2. The smaller the dot spacing, the smaller the shortest viewing distance, and the closer the audience can be to the display screen.
3. Point spacing=resolution corresponding to size/dimension 4. Selection of lamp size
Pixel density: also known as lattice density, usually refers to the number of pixels per square meter of display screen.
What is the unit board specification? It refers to the dimension of the unit plate, which is usually expressed by the expression of the unit plate length multiplied by the unit plate width, in millimeters. (48 × 244) Specifications generally include P1.0, P2.0, P3.0
What is the unit board resolution? It refers to the number of pixels in a cell board. It is usually expressed by multiplying the number of rows of cell board pixels by the number of columns. (e.g. 64 × 32)
What is white balance and what is white balance regulation? By white balance, we mean the balance of white, that is, the balance of the brightness ratio of RGB three colors; The adjustment of the brightness ratio of RGB three colors and the white coordinate is called white balance adjustment.
What is contrast? The ratio of maximum brightness and background brightness of LED display screen under certain ambient illumination. (Highest) Contrast Under a certain ambient illumination, the ratio of LED maximum brightness to background brightness High contrast represents relatively high brightness and the brightness of colors can be measured with professional instruments and calculated
What is the color temperature? When the color emitted by the light source is the same as that radiated by the black body at a certain temperature, the temperature of the black body is called the color temperature of the light source. Unit: K (Kelvin) LED display color temperature is adjustable: generally 3000K~9500K, factory standard 6500K can be measured with professional instruments
What is chromatic aberration? LED display screen is composed of red, green and blue to produce various colors, but these three colors are made of different materials, and the viewing angle is different. The spectral distribution of different LEDs varies. These differences that can be observed are called color differences. When the LED is viewed from a certain angle, its color changes. The ability of the human eye to judge the color of the real picture (such as a movie picture) is better than the ability to observe the picture generated by the computer.
What is perspective? The viewing angle is when the brightness of the viewing direction drops to 1/2 of the brightness of the normal of the LED display screen. The angle between two viewing directions of the same plane and the normal direction. It is divided into horizontal and vertical viewing angles, also known as half power angle.
What is a visual angle? The viewable angle is the angle between the direction of the image content on the display screen and the normal of the display screen. Visual angle: when there is no obvious color difference on the LED display screen, the screen angle can be measured with professional instruments. The visual angle can only be judged by the naked eye. What is a good visual angle? A good viewing angle is the angle between the clear direction of the image content and the normal, which can just see the content on the display screen without changing color.
